Cazoo appoints new country manager for Italy

UK-based online digital retailer Cazoo has appointed Tommaso Debenedetti as Country Manager for Italy.

Debenedetti (LinkedIn profile) joins the car retail business with international experience and digital experience gained as director of Amazon Spain and Italy since 2015. He previously co-founded, which was sold in 2019 to the Zucchetti Group.

Previously, he was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company in Italy and also worked in China and Australia, where he built digitization and transformation programs for European high-tech players.

Tommaso will join the European leadership team and report to Abhishek Roy, Cazoo’s European Managing Director. He will be responsible for growing the team and business in Italy during Cazoo’s European expansion following its recent acquisition of brumbrum.
