Chocolate lover’s dream job at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet East Midlands

A Derbyshire chocolate lover’s dream job is among the roles currently available at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet East Midlands. Chocolate maker Lindt is hiring a new store manager for its downtown South Normanton branch.
The successful candidate will work full-time 40 hours per week and will be responsible for “directing, controlling and managing” all store operations. If company benefits like your own “chocolate allowance” pique your interest, those with the required previous management experience should apply by Sunday, June 26.
Other big brands, including sportswear giant Adidas and coffeehouse chain Starbucks, are also hiring now. Full-time and part-time positions are available for those interested in taking up a position at the sprawling shopping complex this summer.

Starbucks – barista
This part-time role became available to work in the cafe. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends. Duties will include cashier operations, food and beverage preparation, general housekeeping and cleaning. Prospective candidates have until Sunday, June 26 to apply for this position.
Claire’s – store manager
Like Lindt, Claire’s is also looking to hire a new store manager to work in its designer outlet store. The successful candidate will work full-time 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
Interested individuals must “possess strong leadership skills”, be “customer focused” and have “excellent merchandising skills” to be considered for the position. Prospective candidates should also be prepared to take ear and nose piercing training.
The fashion accessories store has given until Wednesday, June 29 to apply.
Adidas – sales consultant
The sportswear giant is looking to recruit a new business adviser who will work part-time eight hours a week. The shifts will consist of working four hours on Saturday and another four on Sunday at the factory outlet. Interested persons have until July 10 to apply for this position.

Tommy Hilfiger – Seasonal Sales Associate
The American fashion brand has a temporary role available to work in its outlet store. Interested individuals should have previous hospitality/retail experience, “hard working with great communication skills” and an interest in fashion. Future candidates have until August 2 to apply for this fixed-term position.
Metro – supervisor
The food court is looking to recruit full-time and part-time supervisors. No experience is necessary to apply as full training will be provided.
A Subway spokesperson said a “can-do, positive attitude coupled with the ability to anticipate customer needs is essential” to being eligible to apply. Those interested in the available positions have some time to apply before the September 30 deadline.
