Essential qualification and experience

• Fellow/Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Additional qualification of LLB from a reputable university will be preferred

• 4 years including 2 years minimum in a listed company

• If you are working in PSU/Central/State Govt./Railways Organization: Currently working in the scale of Rs. 50000-160000(IDA)/Level 8 (CDA) Or Working for 2 years in scale of Rs. 40000- 140000(IDA)/Level 7

• If you work in the private sector (limited liability company only): (i) Are currently working or working in a private sector (limited liability company only) having a paid up share capital of Rs. 10 Crore or more or turnover of business of Rs. 500 crores or more in any of the last three financial years, viz. 2018-19.2019-20,2020-21. (Please attach proof) (ii) Candidate currently working in a listed company will be preferred.
