Degree/experience required

1. 2-4 years of experience in the field Technical know-how

2. Advanced graphic design, illustrations, basic UI/UX knowledge

3. Adobe Creative Suite Advanced Software Skills

4. Strong sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition and visual layouts

5. Ability to follow and implement recent developments in Communication design

6. Ability to clearly convey information through a variety of channels to diverse stakeholder individuals/groups

7. Must be receptive to constructive feedback

8. Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in daily operations.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas

2. Understanding the consumer journey will be a plus

3. Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions

4. Must have the ability to ideate and refer to relevant design touchpoints

5. Work on doing things differently with advice available for different brands and themes. Ownership of Assigned Projects.
