Roles and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must be able to:
You will be responsible for one or more end-to-end HR functional areas, for example: performance management, compensation, learning, employee experience. You will help create process maturity roadmaps for these functional areas – moving from isolated systems to intelligent connected systems. Your goal is to continuously remove operational/manual overhead from HR processes and examine how we can systematically leverage technology to improve efficiency and user experience
You will work closely and with great empathy for stakeholders ranging from employees, managers, leaders and of course the HR team. You need to go as far as possible in understanding their pain points and partner with them to evolve the process/technology solution.
You need to map the user journey for different customer profiles – simplify and bring more structure and clarity to problem statements that translate into system solutions. Thinking from first principles is key here.
You must have strong systems thinking – understanding the impact of decisions and trade-offs on processes/technologies in order to achieve the best possible results in solving the problem. You think holistically covering all aspects including edge cases and future possibilities
You need to be aware of the latest innovations happening in the field of employee experience and customer experience. Using these insights, you should be able to relate to current pain points and conceptualize use cases/charters for the team
Be highly hands-on, curious to learn and develop a working knowledge of various HR systems – understanding key workflows, configurations, data models, etc. Specifically delve into areas of direct ownership.
Strong project/program management – You need to define requirements, scope and drive execution through different teams with the right review mechanisms in place. You need to implement the appropriate agile methodologies within the team to drive execution. You will be supported by internal technical teams, operations as well as external partners for implementation.
You continuously measure the success of your solutions based on stakeholder feedback, quantitative metrics and continue to iterate and strive for customer satisfaction
Eligibility:
Attention to detail, curious to delve into problems, conscientious.
Great analytical ability and fast with data report and analysis.
Working knowledge of HR systems, market knowledge of HR products (basic HRIS and niche products).
Fundamentals of HR, OD and design thinking processes.
Excellent communication skills to communicate proactively with stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task and work across a wide range of platforms and issues.
1-3 years of experience in relevant roles – Employee Experience / HR Transformation, HR Tech, HR COE, in product driven companies.
MBA and Level 1 Engineering background in HR, some previous IT/Technology work is a++
